As Senior Marketing Manager within our Specialty Care business, you’ll integrate resources and cooperation across departments to achieve goals.

Main responsibilities:
Maximize sales volume inside targeted segments and channels in a manner consistent with SP financial goals.
Assess and share segment / channel insights that will ultimately identify financial opportunities and inform company strategic direction.
Support the Marketing Director to develop Dupixent Dermatology brand plan ensuring consistency across functions.
Support the performance review mechanism with ownership of specific deliverables and KPIs.
Support brand positioning and message development based on field and customer insights.
Builds on patient/customer insight to lead innovation

About you
What you should have?
Bachelor or Master degrees, minimum 3 strategy consulting firms and minimum 3-5 years experience in multinational company experiences
Proven experiences and well trained skills in project management, excel based analytics and modeling, PPT presentation
Good learning agility and business acumen
Strong customer service mindset and commitment
Good communication skills and team work spirit, able to work /lead independently
Proactive, energetic, self starter
Analytical and articulate
Resilient under pressure
Can abide by confidentiality agreement
