Digital Luxury Group, DLG Senior Digital Account Executive in Shanghai, China

As   Senior Digital Account Executive   at DLG (Digital Luxury Group), your role is to support Account Manager on day-to-day execution, as well as to effectively and efficiently manage the communication between clients and the Creative Team regarding briefs and feedbacks

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Account Manager and Creative Team to ensure ongoing client satisfaction through communication and participation in client meetings

  • Coordinate and carry out daily operation of social media platforms (WeChat, Weibo, RED and other mainstream social media platforms), helping to facilitate on-time delivery

  • Accurately understand clients’ requirement and feedback, and effectively communicate to the internal Creative Team to ensure efficient communication between the two parties 

  • Keep up to date on changing digital landscape as it pertains to client digital activities, and paying attention to the Internet Ads Compliance Guidelines

  • Skilled use of PPT, Excel, and other tools to create and maintain databases and digital marketing performance tables, tracking, recording and reporting changes in client’s competitive landscape

  • Support Account Manager on Annual Planning and developing   of the framework

  • Assist in community management on social platforms, spotting and solving emerging problems in a timely manner

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 1 year agency relevant social/ digital experience.

  • Ability to understand client brief and feedback on content posting, and clearly brief the requirement and feedback to the Creative Team

  • In addition to social retainer experience, have experience in other digital aspects such as Social CRM, E-commerce, WeChat Mini Program, KOL campaign, etc.

  • Familiar with third-party social media design layout software (Xiumi, E2, etc.)

  • Fluency in Chinese, proficiency in English, particularly written

  • Passion for and fundamental knowledge of the Chinese luxury industry and digital ecosystem

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)

  • Strong attention to detail, basic data analysis ability

  • Self-organised and strong interpersonal skills
