Philips Senior Manager, Product Operations in Shanghai, China
In this role you will be supporting the Ultrasound business for both Point of Care and Women’s Health. You will oversee a team of specialized product and process experts. Your team will support the business category in development, launch and commercialization activities globally. You will build strong relationships with the Greater China Commercial teams and support go to market activities as well as build and maintain key KOL relationship in China.
Your role:
Manage and develop a team of product specialists product development, lifecycle and release activities
Work cross functionally with stakeholders to help the product team collaborate, scale, and build better solutions more efficiently.
Build and maintain relationships with KOLs to keep the business connected to trends and medical expert opinions in the Greater China market
Liaise closely with commercial teams in China to ensure Point of Care and Women’s Health Ultrasound products are meet the needs of the market and local customers.
Act as subject matter expert and reviews operational workflows, identifying problems and develops improvements, modifications, and enhancements
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on the status of product operations. Prepare and present reports, analysis, and recommendations to inform decision-making
You're the right fit if:
7+ years of related product management experience; medical device preferred; Ultrasound highly preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Able to synthesize market and customer feedback into existing and new products and solutions;
Comfortable with making tradeoffs, decisively. And delivering complex projects to meet demanding feature, cost, quality, and introduction date targets.
Demonstrable communication skills and ability to lead a cross-functional organization to develop market leading products/solutions and successful product launches.
