Job Description Summary
Work with team members to perform preventive maintenances and troubleshooting on utilities and equipment and continuously improve preventive maintenance plan and implement improvement projects to increase equipment reliability and performance and maximize the production continuity under a precondition of safety and quality guarantee.

Job Description
- Roles & Responsibility
Take responsibilities for the installation / maintenance / troubleshooting / upgrading / improvement of the automation system including PCS, EMS, BMS, OEE etc.
承担自动化系统(包括工艺控制系统，环境监控系统，建筑管理系统，设备效率分析系统)的安装，维护，维修，升级，改进的职责。
Support the installation, calibration, qualification, optimization, troubleshooting of automation systems such as production equipment and facilities by participating in project teams or serving as project leader.
通过参与项目团队或作为项目负责人，支持生产设备和动力设施等自动化系统的安装、校准、鉴定、优化、故障排除。
Support the maintenance or improvement activity for other equipment/system (including power distribution, HVAC, chiller, air compressor, water treatment, powder transfer, compounding, autoclave, filling line and packaging line etc.) to ensure them running smoothly and continuously.
支持其他设备或系统（包括配电系统，暖通空调，制冷机，空压机，水处理, 粉料传输，药液配制，灭菌柜，灌装和包装线等）的维护或改进工作。
Participate in site life cycle management projects, including MES / EBR / Historian / AI analysis etc.
参与工厂生命周期管理项目，包括生产执行系统，电子批记录，历史服务器，智能分析等。
Collaborate with safety, quality, and manufacturing teams to perform equipment importance level assessments.
与安全、质量和制造团队合作，执行设备重要性级别评估。
Conduct or participate in Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA) and Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA).
进行或参与根本原因故障分析 (RCFA) 和故障模式影响分析 (FMEA)。
Participate and provide support for audits.
参与并为审计提供支持。
Responsible for developing people, training, and technical skills to maximize operational equipment uptime, implement new technologies and applying best practice in maintenance methods and systems.

- Qualification/Requirements
Full-time university diploma and major in electrical engineering/automation or equivalent.
全日制本科毕业，电气工程、自动化专业或同等学历。
Excellent knowledge of industrial Ethernet, Internet of Things, PLC, SCADA，DCS and related knowledge.
熟悉工业以太网，物联网，可编程逻辑控制器，数据采集与监控系统，集散控制系统及相关知识。
Familiar with the signal transmission methods of instruments and electrical equipment in the field of industrial control. Such as Hart, Profibus, etc.
熟悉工控领域的仪表和电气设备的信号传输方式 (例如：HART, Profibus等。)
Knowledge of communication protocol. Such as TCP/IP, MODBUS, OPC, etc.
了解通信协议，例如TCP/IP, MODBUS, OPC等。
Good writing and oral English skills.
良好的英语书写及口语能力。
Good communication skills and basic leadership capability.
良好的沟通协调能力及一定的领导力。
More than 5 years relevant experience in pharmaceutical/food/chemical industry, preferably in sterile/aseptic fill & finish.
五年以上制药/食品/化工行业的相关工作经验。有无菌生产经验优先。
The experience for MES or EBR is preferred.
具有MES或EBR经验者优先。
