Amazon Sr. Inbound Marketing Manager, Amazon in Shanghai, China

Since 2017, our China cross-border marketing team has been driving the awareness, activation, and continued success of China-based sellers advertising in marketplaces worldwide via insight-based marketing and education programs. We are looking for a customer-obsessed driving force behind creating marketing demand, igniting and fueling business growth through effective marketing efforts.

Key job responsibilities

  • Design and upgrade overall CN user experience on advertising.amazon.com and Amazon Ads Academy.

  • Plan and implement strategic marketing initiatives to acquire, nurture, and drive advertiser engagements and actions on advertising.amazon.com and Amazon Ads Academy, including creative development and targeting segmentation.

  • Build up and optimize collaboration mechanism with global stakeholders on user experience design, content strategy, website upgrade and performance tracking metrics.

  • Analyze website and user performance data, interpret metrics, and provide insights and recommendations to optimize CN user experience.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 8+ years of driving compelling marketing campaigns and execution at an agency or in-house marketing team experience

  • Extensive knowledge of website user experience design and implementation.

  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret and leverage data to drive strategic decision-making.

  • Excellent project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and influence various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing technology teams to develop strategy and marketing insights that drive compelling creative executions

  • Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery

  • Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives

  • Experience improving online user experience, engagements and retention

  • Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
