Job summary
This role is responsible for the electrical design for typical products in electrical vehicle, such as smart junction distribution box (IPS and e-fuse applications), PDU(power distribution unit) and BDU (battery disconnect unit). At least one of the products experiences mentioned above is required.

Job Description
This Role Involves
• Working with mechanical engineer to understand customer requirement and define the electrical function blocks.
• Finishing schematic and layout design to meet customers’ requirements.
• Finishing PCBA manufacturing documents, including BOM, PCB requirement, Gerber file, 2d drawing and so on.
• Finishing the necessary simulation and worst-case analysis for circuit design, such as MCU, MOSFET, LIN, CAN and so on.
• Verification, validation, testing of electronic circuit boards.
• Supporting environmental tests with mechanical engineer.
• Preparing EMC test plan, finishing EMC tests and debug for products.
• Work with SMT supplier and internal assembly line to build samples.
• Conducting engineering change process by working with cross function team.
• Supporting production line, defining the electrical spec for product functional test.
Basic Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 5 years working experience for automotive related products.
• At least familiar with one of EDA tools: Mentor, Allegro, Altuim designer.
• Familiar with LT-Spice simulation for basic analog circuit.
