Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Environmental Analysis :

  • Monitor and analyze macroeconomic conditions, macro policies, industry regulations, and market trends.Conduct in-depth research on external factors that impact the business environment.Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings and implications for the company

Strategic Recommendations :

  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on the analysis of the macro environment and market trends.Collaborate with internal teams to integrate these insights into strategic planning processes

Project Management:

  • Manage strategic projects, ensuring alignment with overall strategic goals.Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure project objectives are met.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Communicate findings and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders.Prepare and deliver presentations to senior management and other relevant stakeholders.Facilitate discussions and workshops to drive strategic initiatives forward.

Qualifications:

Level of Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Market Research, or a related field

Working Experience in Relevant Field

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in market analysis, economic research, or strategic planning

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights

  • Excellent project management skills with a track record of successfully managing strategic projects

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.)

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences

  • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and related regulations is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
