Key Area of Responsibility
您的职责是
- Create training in the Learning management system and make sure the training material is correct and accessible
在培训管理系统内创建培训并保证培训资料是正确且可使用的。
Assign the training to related employees according to information provided.
Monitoring training completion KPI and sending out reminders and follow-up emails to trainees
监控培训完成的KPI并且及时发送提醒以及跟踪邮件给到被培训者
- Maintain training record and data process using Excel
维护培训记录,并使用Excel去处理一些数据
- Help participants with technical issues related to online training system
帮助员工解决培训相关的技术问题。
- Other administrative support work assigned by line manager
直线经理布置的行政支持性工作。
Requirements:
任职要求 :
本科或者研究生学历,专业不限。大二,大三,研一,研二优先。 每周可保证至少3天工作时间且能坚持3个月以上。 英语六级水平,熟悉Microsoft office, 尤其是Excel技巧。 细节关注,细心且注重准确性。

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
