Precision HR Solutions is partnered with Sharpsville and Farrell Area School Districts in western Mercer County and looking for "Building Subs" and "Day-to-Day Substitute Teachers" to assist with continuity of instruction for the 2024 - 2025 school year. Job Description: Building Substitutes will report to their home school on a daily basis. In the absence of the regular classroom teacher, you will be responsible for helping students to learn subject matter and/or skills that are required for scheduled lessons. You will be expected to provide meaningful instruction for assigned classroom. On occasion, you may be asked to cover absences in another area or school within the district if there is nothing for you to cover when you report to your home school.
Pay rates:
- Sharpsville Area S.D.: $120/day (day-to-day); $130/day (long-term assignments - days 10-29); $150/day (long-term assignments - days 30 - 89)
- Farrell Area S.D.: $150/day
Clearances and documentation required within the last year:
- PA Teaching Certificate
- PA Criminal Background Check
- PA Child Abuse Clearance
- FBI fingerprints through the Dept. of Education
- Act 126/31 (Mandated Reporter Training)
- Recent Physical and TB test
