Sheet Metal Foreman
Ultimate LLC is urgently seeking to hire Sheetmetal Foreman for commercial work in Shawnee, Kansas . The pay range is $40-$48 per hour based on experience. All Sheet Metal Foremen are scheduled for 40+ hours a week . We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven leaders. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit.
Ultimate Sheetmetal Foreman Job Duties:
Supervise and manage daily operations, ensuring efficient production and high-quality output.
Coordinate and oversee jobs, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
General layout and build sheet metal ductwork
Interpret lists of necessary sheet metal fittings to be fabricated
Utilize computers/software to operate CNC equipment
Operate sheet metal shear, brake, roll former, etc. to successfully produce finished duct and fittings
Understanding of blueprints is a plus
Basic math skills
Detail oriented
Ultimate Sheetmetal Foreman Requirements:
5+ years of previous experience in sheet metal fabrication is required
Familiarity of basic procedures and practices
Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics
Ability to handle physical workload
Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to drive team performance.
High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solver.
Valid Driver’s License (Required).
Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots) required.
