With multiple manufacturing facilities and a strong reputation in the industry, we are seeking our first Director of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) to lead a transformative journey in shaping our global EH&S strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to build and implement enterprise-wide safety and sustainability programs, ensuring compliance and driving a consistent EH&S culture across all our locations. ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: As Rockline\'s first Director of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S), you will have the chance to: Set the overall corporate EH&S vision and develop and execute an enterprise-wide EH&S strategy that shapes the future of safety and sustainability across global operations. Lead the global EH&S team (including site EH&S Managers) by establishing, sharing, and implementing best practices across all manufacturing facilities. Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance EH&S performance, ensuring excellence and consistent practices at all sites. Evaluate and recommend security improvements at operating sites, ensuring full compliance with local regulations. Oversee internal and external EH&S audits and inspections by collaborating with site managers, customers, third parties, and regulatory bodies to ensure documentation and corrective action. Provide expertise and guidance on internal EH&S matters, including evaluating capital investments from an EH&S perspective. Develop and implement standardized EH&S policies, procedures, and training programs across the organization to build a consistent EH&S culture. Proactively lead risk control activities and ensure full compliance with guidelines and recommendations, acting as the primary contact with the insurance carrier.
