Robert Half Operations Manager in Sheboygan, Wisconsin

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Relationship Manager in Sheboygan, Wisconsin. As a vital part of our team, you will play a key role in managing and enhancing client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulations, and improving our client service experience. This role is critical in implementing growth strategies, maintaining our CRM system, and leading our support staff.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the effectiveness of all internal and external processes to provide timely, accurate, and comprehensive reports on operations.

• Implement quality improvements and efficiencies in work methods and procedures.

• Develop, communicate, and implement effective processes, including growth strategies, workflow initiatives, and improvements in the client experience.

• Oversee all areas of compliance to ensure adherence to industry regulations.

• Collaborate with team members regarding the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, compliance, and personnel.

• Assign and delegate work to support staff and provide constructive feedback.

• Act as a technical resource and provide training and support to other staff.

• Lead a high-performance team by attracting, recruiting, and retaining staff.

• Maintain CRM system to ensure accuracy and maximize effectiveness of data.

• Manage and resolve client service problems to ensure a high level of client satisfaction. Requirements • Proven experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role for a minimum of 5 years

• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

• Strong understanding of private wealth management and wealth management concepts

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

• Knowledge and understanding of FINRA regulations

• Ability to devise and implement client retention strategies

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple client portfolios

• Willingness to keep abreast of industry trends and changes

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
