ePac Flexible Packaging Warehouse Coordinator (Sheffield) in Sheffield, United Kingdom
We are looking for an additional Warehouse Coordinator to join our Sheffield based team. This is an exciting time for us and we are looking for a dynamic, talented and enthusiastic individual to join us as we enter the next phase of our journey.
As a warehouse coordinator you will be responsible for goods in and out for our raw materials, accessibility and storage of those raw materials and inventory management. You will also support the packing, storage and shipping of our finished products to our customers. You will support the current Warehouse Coordinator.
£27,000 - £30,000 depending on experience + pension + 22 days holiday
40 hours a week, 830am - 5pm
Location Full time on site, Chapeltown, Sheffield, UK

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Keeps warehouse organised
Notifies and/or delivers incoming product to end user
Delivers small parcel packages, rolls of film and boxes of finished pouches to appropriate locations
Checks in drivers for delivery of inbound loads.
Unloads assigned inbound and outbound loads
Completes incoming inspection testing, confirmation of certificate of conformance and reconciliation of receiving/purchase documentation..
Follows structured receiving process (labeling, weighing, inspecting for damage).
Picks, stages, and scans orders for shipments timely.
Demonstrates appropriate respectful attitude in all dealings with coworkers, customers, and suppliers.
Completes daily receiving entries in ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
Manages raw material and critical supply inventories, including maintenance and cleaning of inventory area, inventory organisation and racking, inventory cycle counting and reporting, monthly inventory accounting.
Responsible for managing all outbound shipments, including preparation of sequentially numbered paper work in software accounting system, management of packaging materials inventories, packaging of product to be shipped, and arrangement of transportation services. Carrier software is to be used effectively and understood for summary reporting on request.
Performs general housekeeping, maintenance and organisation of the dock and inventory areas; includes hands-on cleaning and maintenance along with organisation and interpersonal skills to coordinate with other department and outside waste disposal vendor.

Previous experience in a similar role
Previous experience of operating a FLT
