Job Description

Join our team as a Multicraft Maintenance Technician, primarily working on the 3rd shift (11pm-7am). Your role will involve a balanced focus on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs, specifically on CNC equipment. This includes working with 29 CNC mills (10 Vigels, 11 OKK's, 5 SW's, and 2 Mazak) and 4 CNC lathes (2 Samsung and 2 others). Your daily responsibilities will range from responding to operator calls to performing preventive maintenance and addressing issues related to various machine components such as VFD's, relays, Cognex vision systems, proximity switches, and more. You will also handle tasks involving hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, minor MIG welding, and maintenance of facility lighting, exhaust fans, and compressors. Familiarity with controls such as Fanuc, Siemens (Step 7), and Mitsubishi will be crucial, along with the ability to troubleshoot and manage robotic equipment, specifically Fanuc R-2000ia robots.

The work environment is non-temperature controlled and non-union. Our facility serves as an automotive supplier to major clients including Nissan, Mercedes, GM, and BMW.
