Today, more than 50% of Amazon's total unit sales come from third-party selection. The Global Selling team in China is responsible for recruiting local businesses to sell on Amazon’s 18 overseas stores, and supporting local Sellers’ success and growth on the Amazon. Our vision is to be the first choice for all types of Chinese business to go globally. Amazon is growing its Amazon Paid Service strategy aggressively around the world, and we are looking for a passionate, innovative and results-driven leader to build and develop a strong team of Account Managers (AM) to support China-based Sellers who enroll in Amazon Paid Services to maximize their presence and business in Amazon WW marketplace. This role will collaborate with Seller recruitment team, product team and destination marketplace team to manage enrolled Sellers’ end-to-end journey on Amazon and grow Sellers’ businesses globally.
Key job responsibilities
Lead team to work with in-service sellers to grow the selections to Amazon and their business with profit and delight our WW end consumers.
Keep fine-tuning working process, improving team productivity and efficiency by inventing and simplifying.
Hire and develop a talent team.
Become a thought leader in defining success criteria along with understanding business needs of large sellers in an ever-changing business environment.
Contribute to Amazon paid service program roadmap planning and business strategy design.
Manage all aspects of the client relationship for highest standard of seller experience.
Basic Qualifications
6+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles with a focus on data analysis experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of mentoring, leading and coaching experience
