• Administers and operates the organization's warehouses, including picking, packaging, and shipping of orders.

• Maintain materials, supplies and equipment on the production floor as well as perform all other assigned duties by the supervisor.

• Lead assigned team in the day-to-day warehouse activities (including but not limited to working in the refrigerated Biobox as assigned by the supervisor).

• Assist material handlers with issues that arise during production, assist in replenishment of workstations stations as appropriate and lead clean-up activities at the end of the shift.

• Lead training activities with new hires and ensure that material handlers are following the SOP's. Retrain material handlers as appropriate.

• Lead startup stretching activities and assist supervisor in preparing the material handlers daily production assignment boards.

• Ensures the effectiveness of operating procedures, space utilization, and maintenance and protection of facilities and equipment.
