Job Title: Welding Supervisor
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Welding Supervisor to lead a team of skilled welders. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, extensive knowledge of MIG welding and fitting, and the capability to motivate and manage a team. This role involves overseeing welding operations, ensuring high-quality standards, and improving production processes.
Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a team of 10-12 welders.
Ensure all welding work is performed to high standards and meets production goals.
Read and interpret blueprints to guide welding tasks.
Implement and oversee lean manufacturing processes and process improvements.
Manage daily production operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Coordinate with other departments to meet production deadlines.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Work Environment
The facility is temperature-controlled with music playing over speakers throughout the shift. We provide PPE and tools as needed, including work gloves, protective glasses, and hearing protection. Steel toe shoes are required and must be provided by the employee. Our facility is clean, organized, and has been recently updated with new restrooms, office spaces, and a paved parking lot. The shift is from 7:00am to 3:30pm with little to no overtime currently.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $48.00
