Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in Sherman Oaks, California for a Controller to join our team. This role is significant in the financial sector, and involves managing financial reporting, developing financial controls, and supervising accounting staff.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the accurate and timely delivery of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Implement and manage financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and provide valuable insights to senior leadership to guide strategic decision-making.

• Supervise, mentor, and encourage detail-oriented growth among accounting staff to ensure high performance.

• Assist in streamlining operations to enhance efficiency.

• Oversee the implementation of ERP in the future.

• Handle full cycle accounting processes including Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).

• Oversee and manage budget processes.

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems and CRM for effective management of accounting functions. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Controller role or similar position

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions

• Proven track record in managing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Demonstrated ability in managing and improving Budget Processes

• Expertise in Full Cycle Accounting practices
