Auffenberg Dealer Group Customer Experience Manager in Shiloh, Illinois

Job Summary: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Manager at Auffenberg Dealer Group in O'Fallon, Illinois. This is a full-time, individual contributor position in the auto industry that offers a competitive base salary and commission. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting the sales of our vehicles to our valued customers. Compensation & Benefits: The compensation for this position ranges from $34,000 to $50,000 per year, depending on experience and performance. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries, concerns, and requests - Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the buying process, from initial contact to post-sale follow up - Educate customers about vehicle features, pricing, and incentives to promote sales - Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives to potential customers - Utilize sales techniques to close deals and meet or exceed sales goals - Complete all necessary paperwork and document all customer interactions accurately - Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and referrals - Attend training and stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Collaborate with team members to ensure overall success and satisfaction of customers Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred - Previous experience in customer service and/or sales, preferably in the automotive industry - Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills - Strong organizational and time-management abilities - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment - Proficient computer skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly - Must be customer-focused, self-motivated, and results-driven - Valid driver's license and clean driving record EEOC Statement: Auffenberg Dealer Group is an equal opportunity employer.
