Job Title: Physical Therapist
Duties & Responsibilities: Physical Therapist sought for 13 week assignment with the potential to extend. Schedule would be 5x9 day shifts, with 1 weekend per month (comp days would be given) as well as 1 summer holiday requirement. Facility is an acute rehabilitation inpatient hospital.
Minimum Requirements: IL PT license or willingness to obtain via reciprocity, BLS, previous acute rehab experience a plus but not required, need someone who is professional with strong customer service focus
