品質エンジニア【飲食＆ FTAP 事業部】

食品部門を中心とした品質保証・品質管理のエキスパートとしてグローバルに活躍

【ポジションの概要】

品質エンジニア（Quality Engineer）として、品質に関する規制要件の遵守を推進する役割を担います。

日本の食品衛生法に一番詳しい担当者としてのご活躍を期待されているとともに、飲食部門以外の品質管理、特に、エネルギーや化学業界に販売している弊社製品の品質保証・品質管理も担当します。

【ご担当いただく主な業務】

以下の業務のすべて、または一部を担当します

• 製品の完全性、顧客に提供するサービス内容を保証し、政府の規制や業界の基準に準拠した品質保証を行う

• サプライヤーの選択や監査、材料の認定、材料の検査とテスト、パフォーマンスの監視、サプライヤーの開発

• 会社の手順に従い、プロセスおよび製品の不適合を管理

• 製品仕様が満たされていることを確認するための品質保証テストの実施

• 品質の不一致のレビュー、調査、それらを解決し、レポートを作成

• プロセス、手順などの品質管理システムとプロトコルを開発、維持、監視、監査

• 顧客の苦情の監視、調査、報告

• 新製品開発のリリースに必要な品質システム認証およびライセンス (ISO、CE など) の取得

• 監査と検査の準備、監査と検査の結果の解決を主導

• 製品開発および改善プロジェクトへの参加

【求めるスキル・知識・ご経験】

• 品質保証・品質管理の実務経験

• 日本の食品業界の規制要件や食品衛生法、特に食品接触用途に用いられる製品に関する法律の知識と経験

• ハラール、コシャール、それらに関連する知識

• ISO9001:2015に関連する専門的な知識

• 大学卒業以上（工学部、食品関連学部、もしくは関連する学部出身の方）

• クライアントやサプライヤーへの出張に対応が可能な方（国内・国外）

【語学力】

• 日本語： 流暢レベル以上

• 英語： ビジネスレベル以上

【あれば尚可／歓迎するスキル・知識・ご経験】

• ASME（The American Society of Mechanical Engineers）等の製造規格に関する知識

• リーン生産方式やシックスシグマの知識
