Universal Health Services LEAD COUNSELOR AIDE in SHIPPENSBURG, Pennsylvania
Responsibilities
The Lead Counselor Aide assists in overseeing and participating in all patient care functions of Roxbury Treatment Center's clinical residential programming on the SUD unit. Primary responsibiities include providing clinical direction for clinical support staff, primarily on weekend and evening shifts; prioritization and delegation of duties; troubleshooting and crisis management with stff; assuring program shift schduling and coverage; ongoing program compliance audites; and performing all direct c are servicers with patients. The Lead Counselor Aide has indirect supervision of all counselor aides. This position is an evening shift from 2:30pm - 11:00pm working either Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday each week.

Qualifications
Lead Counselor Aide Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a psychology-related field is highly preferred
High School Diploma or GED with previous experience in behavioral healthcare field required.
Valid Drivers License with safe driving record
