Staffmark Production Line Lead in Shippensburg, Pennsylvania

Schedules available: 1st Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00am - 3:00pm | Pay rate: $17.00 - $18.95/hr. 3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 8:30pm - 5:30am | Pay rate: $18.00 - $19.45/hr.

Production Line Lead daily tasks: Prepare work schedules and assign production line tasks, evaluate incoming orders, and set up the production line. Monitor productivity and quality to optimize efficiency, identify and resolve problems, and perform recordkeeping tasks like inventory management and order tracking. Train and supervise new workers, collaborate with other departments to ensure timely order completion, maintain a safe and tidy work environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED and at least five years of production line experience, preferably in a supervisory role. Extensive knowledge of product specifications, production standards, and industry regulations. Proficiency in computers and office software, along with superb leadership, organizational, and time management skills, are essential. Strong interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Love perks? We do too!
