POSITION SUMMARY:
- Under the direct supervision of the Human Resource manager, will assist, coordinate and maintain the human resource function, specifically in the areas of hiring, orientation, and training and employee relations.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Authorized to screen hourly applicants and may conduct/ participate in the interviewing process,
- Upon approval from the HR Manager, authorized to extend offers to hourly personnel,
- Authorized to enroll hourly employees in all company benefits according to schedule,
- Authorized to interface with employees to provide assistance in answering benefit questions and solving problems,
- Screen all accident reports, participate in 8D activities and maintain the OSHA Log,
