Position Summary:
- Lead the team in the multiple inspection/packaging lines to achieve all requirements in safety,quality, and supply.
Regulatory Compliance Responsibilities:
All employees must concern compliance as high priority
GMP Comply with Regulation, GMP, and all company/site policies/procedures.
Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
100%Have 100% knowledge and understanding in the operations of his/her responsible area
/Complying with the job rules and SOPs/WIs, lead the team in operations on each inspection/packaging line of drug products in the multiple shifts (day/night).
Develop training plans for operators in each line and establish a system to continue stable operations
Lead the team and do exemplary actions in the Kaizen-proposal activity for inspection/packaging and for safety operations
GMP Develop a plan and give support so that the team members can complete any training by due date to comply with the GMP requirements
Give supports to the circle activities in each line and to achieve improvement of temporary (transient) stop and time reduction in changeover.
Lead communications and discussions between departments when any deviation or a quality issues occurs and support recovery of production on each line
Progressively communicate with line staff members, operators and leaders to support their career development.
JJPS/JJOS Take the lead in operations on each line complying with JJPR/JJOS
LOTOTO Take the lead in securing the safety of operators/operation areas (confirmation of LOTOTO execution).
Qualifications
/ Education and Experiences:
- High school diploma or equivalent
Knowledge, Qualification and Skills:
