Global Product Manager - Downstream Marketing at TSI The Global Product Manager - Downstream Marketing is responsible for Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy development and execution, product portfolio oversite, and driving customer engagement and lead generation actions through cross functional partnership. The position will partner with Sales and Upstream Product Management to assess the market conditions through voice of customer and sales engagement, gain customer and product feedback to assist with new product prioritization. This individual contributor will provide cross-functional leadership to deliver the product line strategy, messaging, and overall business growth. You will be part of a team that works toward meeting annually established financial and strategic objectives set by the Sr. Global Product Manager. You will work closely with the following internal TSI Departments including Sales, Finance, Compliance, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing Communications in the definition and execution of planned initiatives. This position is responsible for contributing to the product strategy and roadmaps for assigned product lines including hardware, software, and services. What Will You Do? In order to grow and build a successful career with TSI, you will: * Lead product launch plans and go-to-market initiatives, including value propositions, messaging, training needs, and sales tools. Define, implement, and maintain annual go-to-market initiatives designed to optimize growth and profitability. * Partner with cross-functional team to evaluate new and changing market dynamics, including competitive offerings and positioning, industry trends, regulatory shifts, and other drivers. * Provide product portfolio oversite, including new product features/offerings, pricing, financial and operational performance, customer feedback, program review, competitive assessments, and training development. * Participate in cross-functional planning to develop product expansion and service strategies; collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop business case for key product and market development opportunities. * Collaborate with team members on the development of strategies and programs to drive lead generation and conversion to sales through various activities, including trade shows and other industry related events. * Lead cross-functional team to support growth across various channels, including partnerships with channel partners and the growth of the digital platforms. What Do You Need? Required * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or Engineering/Science * 5+ years progressive Product Management Desired * MBA * B2B experience * International Business, Instrumentation and/or Operational (Manufacturing, Technical Support, Engineering) experience * Experience in Precision Agricultural Technology, farming principles and practices, and agronomics, sensors, monitors and control systems a plus Knowledge * Strategic thinking and collaborative leadership skills * Prioritization and comfort with ambiguity * Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills * Effective and influential presentation skills * Understanding of Strategic Market Plans, voice of customer work, marketing frameworks, pricing tools and techniques * P&L Management experience * Agriculture product experience and familiarity with the global marketplace TRAVEL * Up to 25% of the time (international included) What C n We Give You?
