OB/GYN York - Stonebridge
WellSpan Health, an integrated not-for-profit health system serving the communities of South-Central Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland, is seeking a per-diem Certified Nurse-Midwife to join our growing OB/GYN team in York County. The organization consists of a multispecialty medical group of 220 care locations, eight hospitals, and a growing number of academic clinical affiliations. WellSpan Health is a team of 20,000 healthcare professionals committed to transforming the health of the communities we serve and educating medicine's next generation of Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.
About the Position
Inpatient deliveries at York Hospital
Level I Trauma; 590 beds
PRN 24-hour call shifts

Qualifications
Minimum Education:
Bachelors Degree Required
Masters Degree Preferred
Work Experience:
- 2 years Relevant experience. Required
Licenses:
Licensed Registered Nurse Upon Hire Required or
Registered Nurse Multi State License Upon Hire Required and
Certified Nurse Midwife Upon Hire Required and
Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required
Courses and Training:
Appropriate Clinical specialty certification from American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB). Upon Hire Required and
Graduation from an accredited school of Nurse-Midwifery. Upon Hire Required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Considerable degree of independent judgment.
Excellent interpersonal/communications skills.
