Your future responsibilities
Planning and managing the projects for our portfolio and representing them to national and international customers.
Responsible for the Overall Project Management stages
Responsible for project costs, timing, quality, product performance, and meet deadlines
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipments and technologies to drive project improvement, execution and innovation
Proactively identify and resolve project-related issues, risks and conflicts to ensure smooth project execution
You will prepare the projects in accordance with customer specifications and supervise them during the various processing phases up to contract fulfillment, including the retrospective.
You will work closely with the commercial department and the sales, engineering, manufacturing, quality and purchasing departments.
In cooperation with the commercial department, you will be responsible for claims and change management for the projects to be supported.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, regulatory requirements, and internal policies through entire project lifecycle
Your profile
Technical studies in the field of Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or similar studies
Certification in Project Management.
Experience and deep knowledge with Project Management within a manufacturing environment
Building on this, you have already gained +5 years’ professional experience in project management or the supervision of customer projects and ideally have intercultural experience
High technical understanding of documentation;
Working knowledge SAP required;
Very good knowledge of MS Office, SAP and Teamcenter.
Good command of the English language, German would be an advantage.
You work independently, in a structured manner and are characterized by a communicative, careful and quality-conscious way of working.
Switch between different tasks easily;
Ability to prioritize and to work under pressure;
You know how to work effectively in a team and have the ability to form and use networks.
