Responsibilities
Align and implement the aims, objectives, policy and direction of Agency Division and MBA
Acquire understanding of key business drivers and is able to conceptualize and translate said drivers into training content based focusing on the areas of personal development, leadership and branding.
Influence behavioral change in that would possibly lead to a positive change in the areas of leadership and personal effectiveness.
Coordinate activities related to planning, development, execution of all programs including field-based follow up follow through training to meet targets across the different distribution channels.
Implement training strategies, calendaring and manage organization of sessions/workshops and deliver content of training modules
Promote and market various training programs through Learning Management System and other communication methods , partnering with Manulife Sales and Agency Team , distribution channels and other internal colleagues
Research, design and implement Leadership & Agency Management courses for the growth of agency force and aligning to company direction Review and update sessions and materials continuously
Provide support to existing leaders, new leaders and recruiters in their journey towards building a strong and successful Agency / Emerging ALC .
Meeting targets and deadlines in responsibilities, projects, training modules and achieves target within the specified timeframe
Ability to create digital content and virtual platforms.

What we are looking for
Recognized Diploma or Degree in Business or any discipline
Certified Financial Planner (CFP), RFP and other relevant certifications would be advantageous but not required
Preferably with minimum 3 to 5 years proven in similar field or financial services industry
Evidence of strong communication skills, conceptual thinking skills, planning/project planning & management skills
Strong technical knowledge in areas of his/her expertise and high willingness to adapt and learn
Self-motivated and ability to work independently with high sensitivity to timelines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Power Point)
