Insight Global IT Administrator - Mobility Operations in Sidney, Ohio
Job Description
Insight Global is seeing an IT Administrator within Mobility Operations for a large company based out of Sidney, OH. In this position, you will manage the accounts and support activation and deactivation requests. You will take ownership with building internal processes to manage these requests through ServiceNow and Telco portals. You will also activate short-term international and roaming plans during employee travel dates, renew mobile plans, order new mobile phones, and check availability of upgrades and device renewals (anything administrative related within mobile operations).

Skills and Requirements
Experience with ServiceNow as a ticketing system
Strong communication skills and ability to communicate effectively.
Reliable and motivated work ethic
Basic computer skills with Microsoft products
Familiar with mobile devices and SIM cards (Apple and Android) null
