Here’s the:

Wolfspeed is looking for a Construction Project Manager to provide oversight for tool install projects including guiding leading contractor trades, safety oversight, and monitoring quality and quality assurance of tool installs.

The Day-to-Day:

  • Manage multiple tool installations, demo of tools (daily FAB/SubFAB walks)
  • Coordination with Industrial Eng., Equipment Eng., and Facilities team (Datum verification/LPOC verification)
  • Write purchase requisitions and follow-up on the approval process
  • Plan and coordinate SL1/SL2/SL3 dates for trades based off dock and production need dates
  • Schedule and attend LPOC/TPOC walks with trades and equipment owners
  • Schedule facilities testing turn-ons with contractors and facilities
  • Manage budgets for multiple projects; Accountable for communication to our trade partners for proper SOW, bid review, and negotiations to meet overall budget requirements
  • Resolve day to day issues with trades, key stakeholders, factory operations, and team
  • Daily CxAlloy verification for updates and accuracy
  • Load tools in CxAlloy for assigned tools and upload required checklists
  • Run/attend biweekly whiteboard meeting with trades
  • Attended weekly meetings (Post PO, Page Turns)
  • Build, coach, implement safety practices from the office to the construction field

This Job is Right for You if You Have (Minimum Requirements):

  • Associate in Science and/or 3-5 years’ in semiconductor or military experience 
  • Experience working with a trade (process piping, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
  • Microsoft software experience
  • Strong leadership-communication skills – written and verbal
  • Have detailed understanding and hands-on experience with all facility utilities - power, gases, PVAC, PCW/DI water, exhaust, abatement, waste streams, semiconductor equipment
