In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the emerging ASEAN by developing and managing Singapore-based customers and distributors in home, beauty and personal care perfumery business

Sales Management

  • Create account plans aligned with growth strategy, to achieve sales budget, target margin and forecast accuracy, as well as lead generation and pipeline growth.

  • Foster strong customer intimacy, and acquire a deep understanding of their business operations, brand strategies and product lines

  • Manage projects from brief to adoption, attaining a clear understanding on customer briefs objectives and requirements, and following closely through the development process in collaboration with cross-functional team to ensure these objectives and requirements are achieved.

  • Provide solid commercial support and coordination to ensure customer satisfaction in terms of product supply and service

  • Forecast accurately and timely financial performance outlook

  • Manage gross and commercial margin through strategic pricing, managing operational expenses related to account management and servicing

  • Bring in innovations and new concepts related to customers’ products and on-going projects by leveraging market insights and trends with marketing team. Build compelling fragrances propositions and promote them proactively to trigger new business opportunities.
