This is a 9-month temporary contract role for parental leave cover.

No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Core Responsibilities

  • Work independently with advanced knowledge, tasks are assigned with limited or no explanation

  • Handling conflicts in negotiation with some guidance

  • Collaboration with various cross-functional teams, including sales team, supply planning, demand forecasting and logistics

  • Lead in managing inventory-related projects, such as the implementation of Retail planning systems. Additionally, would be integral in driving process improvements and change management across various partners

  • Responsible for setting inventory and allocation strategies, establishing reorder points, and making critical decisions that directly impact commercial performance

  • Responsible for Order Management & Outbound capacity planning across APAC D2C markets

Our primary role is to provide outstanding allocation and logistics services to internal customers within our organization. The Allocation and Inventory department is responsible for managing the flow of goods for our business. Therefore, ensuring excellent customer service and a comprehensive understanding of the entire LEGO Retail business is crucial for our success. We are committed to delivering results in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience with relevant retail and ecommerce experience

  • Must possess the ability to analyze and summarize data to arrive at informed and effective recommendations or decisions

  • Must be a great teammate who can build positive working relationships with associates at various levels and cross functional areas of the organization.

  • Well versed in excel, automation & analytics (Power BI, Power Query, PBI), MRP systems(preferably SAP) & supply chain planning platforms

  • Well verse in inventory, supply planning and forecasting concepts

  • Led continuous improvement projects
