About the role
Carry-out BMS preventive and maintenance works, Ad-hoc, routine check, diagnose, retrieve raw data, system back-ups & restoration of the BMS database
Responsibilities
As a BMS Service Technician, you’ll be responsible for:
Carry-out BMS monthly preventive and maintenance works, Ad-hoc, routine check, diagnose, retrieve raw data, system back-ups & restoration of the BMS database etc.
Record servicing and maintenance data and generate servicing report.
Attending to customer services complaint/request and follow up with repair, troubleshooting works.
Upgrading/Improvement of system to ensure optimal functioning of BMS/IVU/Web Control system with the objective of reducing overall building energy consumption
Provide technical/operational guidance, engineering solution to the Maintenance the BMS System
Perform Weekly standby hotline duty, answer call and attend complaint at site.
To maintain good customer relationship and feedback whatever customer needs and comment.
Requirements
As a BMS Service Technician you must have:
Diploma/Nitec in Electrical/Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
Knowledge of BMS/IVU/Web Control System
Have full understanding of Instrumentation HVAC / ACMV control like AHU, VAV, FCU, Chillers, HRU etc.
Min 5 years hand on experience with BMS / PLC / HVAC
Understand AutoCAD and Electrical drawing
