Amazon Deals Operations & Account Management Intern, Channel Sales in Singapore, Singapore

Amazon is seeking a dynamic and motivated Deals Operations & Account Management Intern in Singapore for amazon.sg. The intern will work closely with the deals and events manager and sales teams around the world to improve processes, manage performance metrics, support the successful execution of key events, and get a chance to work with sellers to grow their business on Amazon.

Key job responsibilities

  • Support Deals Specialist and work with multiple local sale team to support on submitted deal and promotion in term of deal validation, deal creation, deal audit and performance report

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, including driving automation, and increasing overall team efficiencies.

  • Analyze and deliver insights to improve the deal performance.

  • Develop and track key performance metrics using Excel and other internal Amazon systems

  • Support Event operations from deal sourcing, seller communication, deals loading, and performance reporting

  • Work with all levels of a Seller's organization, build trust over short engagements via phone or email, manage relationships with key accounts and develop strategies to maximize these relationships.

  • Negotiate/sell Amazon features, provide primary post-sales general and/or technical support to third-party sellers.

  • Responsible for monitoring and maintaining performance, and working with Selling Partner to improve performance. In addition, responsible for proactive monitoring of accounts to identify and address any issues that may impact revenue generation.

Basic Qualifications

  • Penultimate year Bachelor's student

  • Able to commit to a full-time internship from January to June 2025

  • Expected graduation from July 2025 onwards

  • Candidates must be able to legally work in Singapore

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient in using Excel

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated to work proactively on tasks

  • Data driven and comfortable to work on data analyst tasks

  • Experience in the global e-commerce business

  • Interests in ecommerce and cross boarder business

  • Experience in analysing data and metrics, delivering business insights, and proposing recommendations
