The Finance Executive, Accounts Payable is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of employee expense claims and ensures expenses are audited in adherence with company policies and compliance and provide internal customer support and administration. This position requires a good knowledge of Concur T&E solutions, excellent customer service skills, business communications terminology and technology, and organizational procedures.
Core Tasks may include
Expense Report Validation: Process and audit expense reports and supporting receipts timely via Concur Expense system for accuracy, compliance to applicable RTX policies, law and regulations and ensure proper accounting in accordance with local regulations, address policy violations with traveler and their supervisor.
Internal Customer Support/Administration: Responding to helpdesk tickets and email queries from employees for questions relating to creating, itemizing, submitting or approving expense reports, or issues with the Concur Expense system
Anticipate issues and initiate actions to resolve them using professional judgment and concepts, company policies and procedures.
Drive efficiency and process improvements.
Support on projects, reporting and monitoring activities
