Job Description
As Finance Stewardship Specialist, you will lead work related costing, reviewing of transactions and PO, budget tracking and support for audits.
Your team
This role reports to the Business Unit's Senior Finance Manager or Director in Singapore, and will be collaborating with the regional & country teams in Finance and relevant contacts across different functions you will be supporting.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day work systems and tasks to support the business by delivering it with excellence and within the aligned timelines. Primarily the individual should manage end to end and where needed provide administrative support for:
Pass-through cost verification for our global markets which includes validation of transactions and review of Purchase orders/contracts/invoices/supporting documentations
Provide support role in audits (internal and external) including preparation of documents when necessary
Budget tracking, and any other administrative tasks to effectively address business needs.
Product Claims reverification, documentation and maintenance of Claim records for the different markets. This would entail going through all the claims with the relevant claim assessment teams and confirm claimability for all markets. Also enter these claims in the claim management sheet and systems as per the required process and reverify the claims with the relevant regulatory teams when it’s due for re-verification.

Job Qualifications
Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and projects
Exceptional attention to detail, thoroughness and follow-up, strong organizational skills; must be able to set priorities and work independently.
Ability to work with multi-function teams, Process oriented, good time management with inclination to learn new things
Proficient in Microsoft 365.
Basic understanding of accounting / budget concept
