As a key member of our Global Operations Management Team, you'll shape and execute strategies to maintain and grow our leadership in the global Project Logistics market. Focus on all operational activities, develop strong partnerships with customers and teams, and set clear KPIs to drive performance. Collaborate with the Global Head of Project Logistics Operational Excellence to enhance operational efficiency and provide the necessary tools and training for success.

Your Role

As a Global Project Logistics Operational Excellence Manager, you'll lead and innovate in managing unique cargo projects. Drive operational excellence, collaborate with industry leaders, and manage large-scale projects with a focus on continues improvement.

Your Responsibilities

Operational / Tactical duties

• Process mapping, leading to national execution

• Implement and deliverstrategies and plans to optimize and outsource operational activities

• Internal ProjectManagement

• Eliminate waste andimprove processes

• Create tools to improveprocess and operations

• Manage standardsguidelines and ensure adherence

• Provide and monitorglobal operational performance through setting and monitoringoperational standards (KPIs)

• Present improvementplans to national management teams

• Execute and deliverimprovment plans

• Manage activities and general management of allGlobal Service teams

Your Skills and Experiences

• At least 8 years of experience in Project Logistics Operational Excellence in freight forwarding environment.

• This role is open to be based either in Asia, Europe or United State.

• Strong experience in continuous improvement, operational excellence and cost savings projects.

• Requires frequent traveling (monthly basis)
