Work closely with HR team to ensure processes, guidelines and timelines are adhered to.
Set up and maintain HR documentation both soft & hard copy for internal & external audit
Flexible to work on other HR program based on needs of the organization, as required.
Participate in new hire onboarding and offboarding provision
Co-ordinate and participate in employee relations activities
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• 2+ years of work experience required
