INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities include:
Create Continent Standards deck on Rooms Discipline-related subject matters
Conducts online research on latest Rooms discipline related trends
Consolidates operations data for review and support analysis of findings
Contributes input and insights on Rooms related projects targeting the Millennial consumer's mindsets
Develops standard template designs that can be implemented into Rooms Discipline projects
Liaise with properties on the collection of information, to ensure positive and timely outcome of project
Possess passion for room operation and its future trends
Project-oriented mindset
Develop content and attend discipline workshops
Plan and execute brand projects.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Computer Skills - Well-versed in Microsoft Offices, specifically PowerPoint and web browsing tools
Ability to do some form of photography
Possess skills to read and analyse basic financial information
Team players - work well as an individual and with co-workers
A high degree of poise, tact and resourcefulness in obtaining, presenting and interpreting information
Highly self-started, motivated individuals who thrive in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment
Ensure a high standard of personal presentation and grooming
Maintain a professional relationship with representatives in the Marriott Regional Office, Business Partners and other organisations
Attend training sessions and meetings when required
Able to travel and attend business trips
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned

JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES
Education:
Undergraduate in Social Sciences, Business Management, Economics or Marketing Preferred
Requirements:
Singaporean, Singapore Permanent Resident Holder or valid student pass
Eligible for undergraduate in Singapore registered university program/undergraduate or graduate of a university in Singapore, Australia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Switzerland, United Kingdom or United Status
Prepared for a 6 month’s internship
