dsm-firmenich Marketing Intelligence Manager in Singapore, Singapore

Your key responsibilities

  • Acquire, update, and analyze relevant information about the market and the business environment: consumers, customers, suppliers, competitors, etc. using tools like Euromonitor, Mintel GNPD & external databases (e.g., Kline)

  • Translate data/information into actionable insights and presentations to management, sales to enable and support decision making

  • Support the Marketing Teams with Trend reports, market analysis, competitive profiling & other similar activities to support product innovations & launches

  • Be the point of contact and support for consumer, market, client and competitive APAC insights

  • Ensure alignment, support and implementation of global innovations and tools for the region

  • Responsible for best practices of Consumer Insights and B2B databases. Develop, maintain and improve database framework and process to allow ease of access to desired information

  • Build and maintain a network of internal and external contracts/sources.

You bring

  • Degree or equivalent experience in business administration, marketing or science/technology

  • At least 7 years of solid experience in the Personal Care and Consumer Goods industries - FMCG will be advantageous

  • Strategic mindset with strong business acumen and analytical skills

  • Know-how on Personal Care industry and APAC markets, know-how about products and/or applications preferred

  • Effective communicator and presenter

  • Ability to work within a matrix organization.
