Amazon Product Marketing Manager, Southeast Asia Global Selling Marketing in Singapore, Singapore

Amazon Global Selling Marketing Team spread the awareness of selling globally. We also engage potential sellers through social media channels and website to promote the sell on Amazon program to them. Our mission is to educate sellers how they can become successful sellers on Amazon marketplace, helps them understand the potential benefits to their business so that the seller can reach the world of customers through selling on Amazon.

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will have the opportunity to define the strategy for how we communicate to our Sellers about Amazon products. You will help us define our positioning and messaging to Sellers, creating the most compelling content to help businesses understand our value proposition, and building the right programs to increase awareness and adoption of Amazon products. You will work closely with product management team, third party Sellers in Southeast Asia and Amazon Global Selling Asia.

We would like to seek an innovator, communicator, influencer, and problem solver. You will need to be highly analytical, think and act fast, and be apt at finding creative solutions to complex problems.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Manage the full lifecycle of complex product marketing initiatives to define the strategy and measurement.

  2. Able to aggregate and analyze inputs from multiple sources to formulate the product marketing strategy.

  3. Understand, measure and evaluate how your initiatives impact customer experience and business outcomes.

  4. Able to anticipate risks, prevent/ remove blockers, and recommend and/or build contingency plans.

  5. Lead cadenced reporting and narratives and are able to present them effectively to senior leaders.

  6. Streamline and/or eliminate excess process, holding partner teams accountable for improvement.

  7. Responsible for effectively communicating and aligning on the marketing objectives, strategy, and milestones to senior leaders and/ or key stakeholders.

  8. Own, develop and implement content and communications product marketing plan, product content, and go-to-market strategies for each product.

  9. Work with product management team to distill key functionality and benefits into core product marketing messages.

  10. Build reports to provide visibility on content and communications marketing results, effectiveness and conversions.

  11. Other scopes if required.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

  • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs

  • Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

  • Experience using Gen-AI tools
