Stryker Program Manager, Integrated Business Planning (APAC) in Singapore, Singapore

With Stryker's continued growth in APAC, the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) function is evolving and expanding its coverage and depth of capabilities to continue supporting the company in achieving its goals and objectives.
This is a newly created position where you will be responsible for developing and leading programs within the APAC IBP operations. This involves interfacing in areas such as Planning, Inventory, Excess & Obsolescence and Sustainability that require dedicated focus and implementation. The role will also collaborate closely with other PMO organizations and the APAC markets within Stryker.
Key Responsibilities
Work cross functionally with key stakeholders to identify programs and define program implications.
Autonomously scope projects, defining timelines, milestones and resources to execute within the agreed brief.
Independently operate programs within the APAC IBP operations scope, and support the design and development of programs at global impact level.
Manage Program level budgets and resources and understand impacts on achieving the overall program goals.
Plan all logistics and review cycles for programs. Provide updates to management, escalating issues where necessary and proposing mitigating actions.
Collaborate with and drive multi-disciplinary teams in executing projects with excellence and expediency, according to Stryker's quality standards.
Work with other program managers in driving best practices and controls in project management, raising the bar for project management standards at Stryker.
Run risk assessments and level of change required within a given program and to be responsible for identifying and mitigating issues with regards to people change management.
Basic requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Business/Engineering/Supply Chain management.
Minimum of 7 years professional experience in a similar role in Demand & Supply Planning, Inventory Management, Order Management or Distribution & Logistics.
Excellent data analysis and data story telling skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to influence and drive cross functional teams to action, even without direct authority.
Proven experience in scoping, running and deploying programs into large businesses.
Strong problem solving skills and root cause analysis experience based on lean way of working (six sigma).
Preferred experience / qualifications:
Experience gained in MedTech, Medical Devices or Lifesciences/Pharmaceuticals industries is highly advantageous.
Experience in Automobile or Electronics manufacturers also preferable.
Project management accreditation e.g. PMP or Prince2.
Experience leading a group / team (directly or indirectly).
Knowledge of project management software and tools to support driving best practice project management.
