Role Overview

The APAC Total Rewards team for Advisory Services serves as a Centre of Excellence within a matrix structure, leading the design, strategy, and execution for total rewards programs across the entire APAC region.

This role directly reports to the APAC Head of Total Rewards for Advisory Services and will be responsible for total rewards programs, from design and development to implementation and ongoing management.

Principle Responsibilities:

  • Lead the annual compensation review process by collaborating with various People Teams (global, region and local) to ensure the annual compensation review process is completed with accuracy and on time.

  • Manage the benefits programs and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) across the APAC region. This includes reviewing benefits, handling renewals, participating in surveys and other related activities.

  • Work collaboratively with global, regional, and local total rewards teams on various initiatives, including:

  • Continuously monitor market data to ensure our total rewards package remains competitive.

  • Assist in implementing and developing the Global Job Architecture framework and its downstream total rewards activities.

  • Partner with internal specialists to manage and support total rewards projects. This includes strengthening and improving the total rewards framework and its governance structure.

  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in total rewards policies, programs, processes, and practices. This includes harmonization and optimization efforts.

  • Develop and enhance total rewards reporting by providing good analytics and insights to support our business.

  • Develop relationships with external consultants and suppliers to enhance the value we deliver through total rewards programs and services.

  • Fostering global collaboration by collaborating effectively with regional and global colleagues on policies, processes, and practices to achieve operational excellence.

Requirements:

  • Experience : 10+ years of experience in a broad Total Rewards or Compensation and Benefits role within a multinational organization.

  • Adaptability : Thrive in dynamic environments, readily adapting, managing uncertainty, and prioritizing effectively.

  • Communication : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Able to present complex information clearly and concisely.

  • Resilience : Possess the resilience and tenacity to navigate challenging situations and perform well under pressure.

  • Analytical Skills : Strong numerical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail are necessary.

  • Proficiency in Technology : Have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR applications.
