This is a maternity cover position reporting to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing, SEA. You will oversee Max brand launches across seven markets, driving outstanding, forward-thinking, and culturally relevant marketing efforts. Responsibilities include leading marketing strategy from launch preparation to end-to-end campaign management. As part of the Growth Marketing team, you'll collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop initiatives that build Max brand awareness, intent to subscribe , and retention . This role combines strategic planning, creativity, and execution.

Responsibilities:

Max Brand Launch in SEA : Own and d rive the planning, development and execution of the brand marketing strategy to bring Max to the audiences in SEA.

  • Work with the globa l marketing team , internal and external partners in the development of Max go-to-market plan .

  • Partner with global and regional research teams to ensure Max brand voice, positioning and value proposition resonate in the region while considering local market nuances .

  • Responsible for brand planning, visual design, and communication strategy for awareness- building and consideration-driven marketing campaigns

  • Lead and manage above-the-line marketing budget, optimizing marketing spend to maximize brand awareness and drive brand KPI measures.

  • Work with the appointed creative agency partner on brand campaign de velopment, messaging and production

  • Develop media strategy and collaborate with global/local media buying team to maximize exposure across paid/owned and earned channels and drive efficiencies

  • Partner closely with analytics and research team to determine KPIs to evaluate the impact of campaigns and to make recommendations to align marketing strategy with business goals.

  • Drive brand marketing campaign development from strategy, concept and execution, by managing day to day communications with external agency partners, and internal key stakeholders.

  • Inspire and brainstorm fresh creative ideas for brand campaigns and activations across our owned channels, off channel, digital, OOH, experiential, stunts, and partnerships

  • Partner with peers in CRM, PR, S ocial M edia , Creative Services, Distribution and other functions to enable the achievement of M ax launch objectives and roll-out plan

  • Work in partnership with Finance team to manage annual budgets and quarterly forecasts, coupled with ongoing cost analysis and expenditure recommendation

  • Stay on top of industry trends, events, new technology , and unique opportunities

Operational Support

  • Briefing internal and external creative/media/experience agencies

  • Attend ing and represent ing SEA in key engagement, planning and operational meetings across the region and global forums

  • Helping in q uality control of creative materials and localised assets for market roll out

  • Tracking of campaigns post launch: daily, weekly and post-campaign evaluation

  • Processing and tracking of vendor contracts, PO’s, invoices in master budget sheet

The Essentials

  • Bachelor's degree; 8 + years’ experience in marketing, ideally within an entertainment, DTC or consumer marketing company

  • Experienced and skilled in developing best in class creative concepts, media plans and campaigns, with expertise across all asset mediums including TV, digital, OOH, and social

  • Demonstrated incredible creativity, and can lead concept and creative reviews

  • A team player and problem solver who can operate in a fast-paced, ever-changing, team-oriented setting

  • Able to communicate cross-functionally with all levels and have exceptional verbal and written communication skills

  • Able to project manage and have killer presentation skills

  • Commercially and financially astute, used to developing and working with budgets and forecasts.

  • Data and results driven; business oriented in mindset with high analytical skills

  • Collaborative and collegiate in approach, commitment to the team and non-hierarchical mind-set is important.

  • Proven ability to blend strategic vision with excellent operational execution

  • A genuine, enthusiastic and passionate fan of entertainment, pop culture, new trends with excitement for our content and product
