Core Responsibilities

  • Reengineering Post-Launch. Identification and implementation of risk mitigation on reengineering process to optimize product quality and operational efficiency post-launch.

  • Quality Development. Develop comprehensive quality approaches and plans to support the reengineering efforts, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer needs.

  • Multi-functional Collaboration. Work closely with various departments, including R&D, Manufacturing, and Customer Support, to integrate reengineering initiatives seamlessly into the product lifecycle.

  • Performance Improvement. Manage and lead performance improvement initiatives, using data analysis and root cause analysis to address quality issues and enhance product reliability.

  • Partner Engagement. Develop and maintain relationships with key collaborators internally and suppliers to ensure compliance and satisfaction.

  • Continuous Learning and Adaptation. Stay close to industry trends and advancements in quality engineering and reengineering, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence.

A Senior Quality Engineering Manager with a specialized focus on electronic products reengineering during the life after launch stage. This role is crucial for enhancing product quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction by identifying and implementing necessary changes and improvements post-launch. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of quality engineering principles, a background in reengineering processes, and the ability to lead multi-functional teams.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.

  • 10 years of experience in quality engineering roles, with a strong emphasis on reengineering processes.

  • Proven track record of leading reengineering initiatives to improve product quality and operational efficiency.

  • Expertise in quality engineering tools and methodologies, including root cause analysis, data analysis, and process optimization techniques.

  • Experience with APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) is essential.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate with senior leadership and external partners.

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
