Job Responsibilities
To oversee monitoring, operation, maintenance, daily inspection and checklist on the following Facility Systems such as Centralized Water-cooled and Air-cooled air-conditioning system, ACMV, CDA, Deionized Water, Wastewater Treatment, Wastewater Reclaim, Glycerin Water, Process Cooling Water, Exhaust Fan, Gaseous and Electrical Distribution systems
Perform data analysis, calculation and generate reports
Resolve day to-day operation and maintenance issues
Manage external contractors and vendors for project and maintenance work, adhering to established safety policies within the organization
Propose and execute systems improvement works, ensuring contractor compliance to requirements and schedule
Liaise and coordinate with co-workers, internal and external stakeholders
Liaise with external agencies to ensure compliance to local authorities
Able to work at multiple sites in Singapore
Job Requirements
B.Eng / Diploma in Chemical/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related fields
Prefer minimum 1 year experience in cleanroom system; Fresh Graduates may apply
Basic knowledge of Facility Systems and Engineering
Work well in a team
Proactive and independent
