You’ll make a difference in:

  • Drive the Recruitment Process: Participate in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and selecting ideal candidates.

  • Coordinate Seamless Interviews: Take full responsibility for coordinating interviews between hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth process.

  • Manage Job Postings: Oversee job board advertisements, ensuring all posted vacancies are current and accurately reflect hiring needs.

  • Build Talent Networks: Create and maintain networks of potential passive candidates for future roles through LinkedIn and other channels.

  • Support Employer Branding: Assist in developing and promoting the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.

  • Enhance Candidate Experience: Contribute to improving the candidate experience by providing timely feedback and clear communication throughout the hiring process.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

  • Pursuing Excellence: Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resource or related field.

  • Tech-Savvy Individual: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

  • Communication Maestros: Excellent proficiency in English (both written and spoken) with effective communication skills.

  • Detail-Oriented and Organized: Keen eye for detail and excels in managing multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Collaborative Team Player: Ability to work well in a team, maintaining a positive attitude and a strong eagerness to learn.
