About the Role
6 Month Contract (Maternity Cover) supporting a fast paced and rapidly growing business
Provides recruitment, selection, placement support and direction to the Local Business Unit
Ensures adequate diverse pool of qualified candidates to meet client needs.
What You'll Do
Partner closely with the business to source and attract top talent for CBRE's GWS Local business in Singapore
Manage all elements of the recruitment life cycle including job briefs, sourcing candidates, interviews, offers
Develop proactive recruiting strategies in partnership with the team and regional TA stakeholders
Focus on talent pipelining, candidate experience, employee referral initiatives and preparing our talent pipeline for growth in Singapore
Take part in a number of exciting Talent projects and other duties for key stakeholders
What You'll Need
Experience in an internal recruitment corporate environment
Ideally experience in Facilities, Property, Project management, Professional services environment
Drive for learning new skills, education and developing their career
Highly motivated and personable, comfortable engaging with array of stakeholders
Focus on delivery of service, solutions orientated and adaptable to evolving needs
Highly resilient and able to work under tight deadlines
