Aerotek Electrical Maintenance Technician in Sioux Falls, South Dakota
Electrical Maintenance Technician- $35/hour- Weekly Pay
Pay: $30-$35/hour- depending on experience
Hours: Day shift- Monday-Friday
The Electrical Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive, and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Handle facility maintenance issues including preventative maintenance.
Use a variety of tools and knowledge of what tools are needed for specific repairs.
Perform highly diversified duties to assemble, disassemble, and maintain equipment.
Understand machine-specific lockout/tagout procedures to ensure equipment can be serviced without the threat of unexpectedly starting back up.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues with strong electrical knowledge.
Have a strong working knowledge of the operation of compressors, boilers, cooling systems, and related equipment regarding ammonia and Freon systems.
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Interpret and understand blueprints and codes. Diagnose PLCs (Program Logic Controllers).
Skills:
5 years of electrical experience
Strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
Knowledge of compressors, boilers, cooling systems, ammonia and Freon systems
Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, work orders, blueprints, and codes
PLC (Program Logic Controller) diagnosis
Mechanical operation knowledge of all equipment

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $68640.00
This is a direct hire so they are their employee from day one. I will work on getting more information from the client on this.
